Tim is married to Karin and they have two children. Daughter Kristen and son-in-law Isaac and grandsons David and Jacob live in Colorado. There Isaac works in prosthetics and orthotics at the Veterans Administration Hospital and Kristen is a stay-at-home mom. Dana is a Registered Nurse who serves in the Post Anesthesia Care Unit at the Duke University Medical Center. Tim and Karin have two four-legged children, a black Labrador Retriever (Ti-Li) and a Golden Retriever (Stevie).
Tim is a bit of a star gazer and enjoys viewing some celestial event–either divinely made or human made. Tim enjoys motorsports and currently serves as a chaplain with Motorsports Ministries offering a spiritual presence at sports car racing events across our country.
Karin enjoys volunteering time with Southeastern Guide Dogs (Palmetto, FL) and the Punta Gorda Library book store. She enjoys her friends’ company day trip shopping. She likes traveling, cooking, and reading. Karin manages the Stewart’s rental (future retirement) home in downtown Punta Gorda. She takes care of their canine family and generally runs the Stewart household—and runs it very well.
